A.F. Nichols Wines, LLC was founded in July 2010.

About our Winemaker:

Our proprietor and winemaker, Alex Nichols, received his Bachelor’s degree in Enology & Viticulture from Oregon State University and has experience ranging from the Willamette Valley all the way to New Zealand. Alex was just 22 when he founded A.F. Nichols Wines and brings a fresh face with new ideas to the Oregon wine industry. While his extensive training and education have prepared him with modern winemaking techniques, Alex utilizes traditional techniques as well with the goal of creating the best wine possible. Alex strives to craft classic, elegant and understated wines through careful and meticulous winemaking.

The A.F. Nichols Wines team includes a close group of family and friends, including our Co-proprietor, Aubrey Nichols.
